Potential Additional Charges

These can be avoided by keeping your dog on a regular 4-6 week grooming schedule.

Sassy Tax $10+

For pets that pose an extra challenge, usually due to behavioural issues.

Dematting / Extra Brushing $10+

For pets with extra tangles and dead coat that result in a longer grooming session.

Pelt Removal Fee $40+

For pets with large areas of matting.
This procedure requires slow and careful handling in order to avoid causing pain or injury to your pet and adds extra wear and tear to our equipment.
Pets with extensive matting tend to be in some degree of discomfort and are more difficult to handle.

24 Hour Cancellation Fee $25

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments.

No-Show Fee

Will equal the cost of the grooming service booked.
