Laura started her grooming career in Ottawa nearly a decade ago. There she took a job as a bather, at that time knowing only that she wanted to work with animals. Best. Decision. EVER. She began to specialize in pets with behavioural issues and The Fetch came about as a reflection of everything she learned about how best to create a safe and positive experience for the pets under her care, their owners, and even herself.
