Requirements
The Fetch endeavours to take the best possible care of your pet while they are with us. In order to do that we need you to provide us with an accurate and up-to-date medical and behavioural history of your pet. The more information we have, the better we can tailor our interactions and services.
For dogs 16 weeks of age or older:
Proof of up-to-date DHPP and Rabies Vaccinations
For cats 16 weeks of age or older:
Proof of up-to-date FVRCV and Rabies Vaccinations

Exclusions
While we highly recommend your pet be vaccinated for all contagious diseases, you can opt to provide a health certificate from your veterinarian in place of proof of vaccination. The certificate must be issued within the past 6 months. We also accept Titer Tests issued within the past 12 months.

Restricted Conditions
The Fetch will not provide services to pets with serious heart and respiratory issues and/or contagious conditions. If your pet has a serious health issue, we highly recommend you pursue grooming through a veterinary clinic.
We are emotionally invested in our furry clients and, above all else, we want to make sure they are safe and well-cared for. If a serious health condition is not disclosed, you risk both your pet and their groomer’s well-being.
